Looking for a local PA / Runner to support the IHSA football championships in Normal, IL on November 25th and 26th, 2023 The PA will work closely with our tech manager and assist with errands, craft services, and general production support. Live production experience is required.

This role may require or request the following duties:

We have a huge project in the Hinsdale happening right now and need some extra PA help this weekend (9/23 + 9/24).

The project is called Whole Home; we’re gut renovating a historic home and have 14 different design teams redesigning spaces inside. Our HB staff on the ground needs support through all matters of production.

You’d work this weekend (9/23 + 9/24) and potentially stay on through the duration of the project (desing plus photoshoot) through 10/3. This would include next weekend (9/30 + 10/1).

10 hour days plus $37.50/hr for OT. Lunch is provided. Stipend for breakfast (and dinner if OT).

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in working with some or all of the departments listed above.

Looking for a local PA in the Waverly, TN area on Saturday, 9/23, for one or two sit-down, one-on-one interviews + some b-roll shooting for a documentary feature. Responsibilities will include assisting with load-in and load-out of locations, helping facilitate crew meals, and executing production runs at the direction of the producer/creative team.

Looking for a few PA's for Wednesday, October 25th in Nashville, TN. We are producing an annual songwriter's awards event at the Country Music Hall of Fame. TBD on call and wrap time but it will probably be early morning until late night.

Day Rate: $300/up to 12 hours - non union. We also will reimburse for parking and mileage. Overtime is 1.5 after 12 hours.

Duties: help unpacking and packing awards and props, assist producers and client with their on-set needs, arrange catering/craft service, assist with production design, prop runs, assist crew, etc.
