*** Entertainment Television is seeking an Associate Project Manager within the Creative Operations team, who will partner with the wider marketing team in the creation, development, and production of *** Originals (Film, Series and Awards) and Brand 360 campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be managing the intake of design-focused creative requests, including but not limited to show executive producer decks and MGFX needs; ensuring the seamless communication and collaboration *** ween all creative departments within *** Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers to scope project requirements and creative resourcing, build campaign calendars, individual task timelines, and PO/invoice requests.
- Act as the primary liaison *** ween creative departments to ensure all parts of creative deliverables are taken care of specifically when it comes to design requests by providing clear briefs and deadlines, and managing all phases of design creative production through final asset delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to thrive under pressure and offer solutions to balance competing requests.
- Be passionate about delivering the best creative (quality assurance and *** branding guidelines should be met) while maintaining timelines and budgets.
- Partner with Designers, Video Producers, Creative Marketing, Publicity, Ad Sales, Research, Creative Directors and Copywriters to build and deliver high quality creative.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in 360 entertainment marketing, either in-house or agency.
- Strong project management principles and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate intentions in written, verbal and visual formats.
- Experience in producing marketing design, video, and digital assets.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Technically savvy, a whiz at troubleshooting issues to find on-the-fly solutions.
- Eagerness to learn about marketing campaign operations.
- Passion for TV and i *** uencing the cultural conversation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfort in working with team members who use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with different project management software and organizational tools.
- Client ser *** or experience building and nurturing cross-functional relationships is a strong plus.
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $70,000 to $93,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
