We are producing a college sports documentary on a historic football rivalry. We are seeking a Local Non-Union Sound Recordist/Mixer with an audio equipment package in SPEARFISH, SOUTH DAKOTA for the following dates:

We will have 2x split camera crews, each crew with 2 cams. We need someone to integrate into 1 of these crews with their own sound package (mixer, 2 lavs, boom, shotgun, sound sync)

Our show is a very straightforward sports documentary format. On this day of production we will be filming some interviews before the game, some BTS moments with the coach and team, the game itself, and some post-game interviews. An HBO "Hardknocks" style presentation.

The project is operating on a fixed flat rate budget and a rate of $850/Day/12hr (including audio package) for this role.

Lost Galleon Films is hiring crew for WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE, a feature crime/thriller set in 1960s Nevada during a search for a wanted murderer.

Applicants for the position of SOUND RECORDIST should have prior experience working as a sound recordist on a feature film. Contracted duties for the position will encompass all industry standards for the position. Scenes feature a mix of interior and exterior, with an average of 2-3 actors mic'd up in any given take. You will be accorded the opportunity to hire your own boom operator at the production company's rate for that position.

We are filming in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and the greater San Miguel County area, for two and a half weeks in October. Locations are mixed interior and exterior. Production provides three catered meals daily (four on the handful of overnights scheduled) and clean, comfortable accommodations on a most favored nations basis with the film's producers. The production has been designed to allow maximum turnaround in minimal company moves (hotel stays the same through production, base camp moves twice.)

Applicants MUST be New Mexico locals. Please indicate whether you are able to drive to and from the set hotel in Las Vegas and to and from sets. Transportation will be provided to and from hotel and sets upon request.

$4,000/week on a flat rate basis, or $800 per calendar day on weeks working less than five days. Production dates will be:

October 1 - 7 (1 week)
October 8 - 14 (1 week)
October 15 - 18 (4 days)

Payment will be remitted on a weekly basis by ABS Payroll.

NOTE: Production also provides backend participation! We offer a crew pool worth a total of one percent of company's net profits at a pro rata basis of days worked by the entire below-line production crew.

We're making content to help advertise a play (The Wiz, which is showing at the Hippodrome Theatre), and it will be doing a first preview show this Saturday. I'm looking for someone to record sound for run and gun interviews and after show testimonials from people who saw the play alongside one camera (probably a Sony a7sii or FX6).

I'm guessing the call time will be 6pm and we will be finished by midnight (though I hope it's more like 7pm to 11:30pm).
