direction Technology est en charge de l'ensemble des solutions informatiques de *** land Paris, y compris celles destination de nos collaborateurs.
Au sein de cette direction, le
departement IT Infrastructures et services gre notamment le support de toutes les applications au niveau des stations de travail, le deploiement et la maintenance des applications, les licences des produits specifiques. Le departement est implique dans tous les projets transversaux ayant un impact sur les stations de travail.
Vous piloterez les
equipes " ser *** desk " en charge de la prise d'appels sur les incidents informatiques de niveau 0 et 1 et et " desk side support " en charge de la gestion des interventions materielles niveau 1 et 2. Le materiel concerne notamment les pc, mobiles, tablettes, tourniquets des parcs, salles de visioconference, ecrans video, menu board des parcs, peage du parking, POS points de vente restauration et boutiques, bureautique, maintenance PC ecrans et accessoires associes.
Ces deux equipes representent actuellement une quarantaine de personnes, principalement externes.
Vos missions ? En tant que Team Leader, vous coordonnerez les activites des membres de votre equipe (3 cast member) et des prestataires externes et assurez la satisfaction de nos clients internes en veillant l'amelioration continue du service. Vos principales missions consistent notamment :
- Piloter les contrats d'externalisation de ce support ;
- Faire respecter les KPI et les SLA et proposer des axes d'amelioration ;
- Veiller la satisfaction client interne ;
- Assurer la coordination avec les differents groupes support (devices solutions/work station, SOS support onsite, SAP, etc.) ;
- Participer des projets de transformation logiciel ou d'installation d'infrastructures.

Vos atouts pour reussir ? Vous tes notre candidat(e) ideal(e) pour ce poste si :
- Vous tes titulaire d'un Bac+2 (minimum) dans le domaine de l'informatique et avez acquis une experience de 5 annees minimum dans le support informatique hardware et bureautique, idealement en methodologie ITIL (V3 ou V4) ;
- Vous avez dej pilote des prestataires de services, idealement dans un contexte international ;
- Vous tes l'aise avec la production, l'analyse et la diffusion de reportings ;
- Vous savez vous exprimer en franais et en anglais l'ecrit comme l'oral, pour une utilisation quotidienne (niveau B2 minimum). Votre pratique de l'espagnol pourrait egalement vous tre utile.

Within this department, the
IT Infrastructures and Services department manages the support of all workstation applications (desktops, laptops, mobiles, tablets), the deployment and maintenance of applications and the licensing of specific products. You will manage
the "ser *** desk" team in charge of taking calls on level 0 and 1 IT incidents and the "desk side support" team in charge of managing level 1 and 2 hardware interventions. The equipment includes PCs, mobiles, tablets, turnstiles in the parks, videoconference rooms, video screens, park menu boards, parking lot toll booths, POS points of sale for restaurants and stores, office equipment, PC maintenance, screens and associated accessories.
These two teams currently employ around 40 people, mainly external.

- Manage the outsourcing contracts for this support;

- You know how to communicate in French and English, both written and spoken, for daily use (B2 level minimum). You may also need to be able to speak Spanish.
