Looking for an EVENT Photographer for multiple days of shooting in Washington DC at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. Dates are starting on Monday October 30th through Thursday November 2nd, these are the dates of the event however exact coverage is still TBD. One of the days will be long and run from 0800 and into the evening ending with an awards ceremony that begins at 1800. Prefer an owner/operator of their own camera equipment.

An additional add-on I would ask is a headshot setup on Sunday for about (2) two hours for various event staff.

Most of the work will happen during a live corporate conference with speakers and multiple rooms, sponsor rooms, then later in the evening, coverage of social events, cocktail/happy hours, smiling faces, networking.

Would love to hear quotes for:
(2) Two days of shooting (including one long day)
(4) Four days of shooting (including one long day)
Sunday two-hour headshot session as an add-on to the previous two quotes

We are looking for a photographer to shoot still photos at a New Years Eve party being hosted at an automotive museum and customizing shop. We would like you to capture the goings on of the night from guest arrival, music performances, general activities up to and after midnight.

This is a daily rate for no more than 10 hours of work. Photographer would provide and use their own gear, supply retouched photos from the event on a hard drive or digitally online via an FTP.

Need an event photographer in Cambridge Massachusetts for a corporate ribbon cutting and site tour.

MUST HAVE ample corporate event photography experience and experience photographing c-suite level individuals.

Photographer will be guided by on site handler and producer.

Photographer will capture shots of the speech, ribbon cutting, some posed photos after the ribbon cutting, and the luncheon.

Photographer will be on site from 9 am to 1:30 pm.

Day rate for shoot day and then hourly rate for post production. Post production specs described in job description.

Post Production Expectation:

The Photographer after they shoot, should go through their pics and eliminate all unusable images.
Once they have all of their good images, they should then do some quick, batch editing (clean-up / adjust lighting, etc.) of all of their images (keeping things simple and basic as much as possible in order to deliver quickly).

Once that’s done, they should convert all of the good images into low-res JPEGs.
They should then comb through all of their cleaned up images and then ‘select’ what they feel are their best 10-20 images (and make high-res JEPGs so the client can immediately use them if they desire) from their coverage (essentially, a good mix / representation of their best shots of everything they covered).

Hi I am looking for a photographer to run my headshot lounge.
Its instant delivery, and the photographer needs a laptop and tether cable, as well as be familiar with capture one.
We also need a background and 4 strobes.
