Talent Wrangler/Coordinator
• This role will assist the floor managers and talent producer in making sure that multiple executives are making it to the venue with everything they need. Then ensuring that they make it through HMU and onto the stage according to the schedule.
• Its crucial that this role is able to communicate effectively between the floor manager team and the talent team, especially when last minute changes occur in a live show.
• REQUIRED
o Have the flexibility to adapt to changing elements in a fast paced environment
o Has great communication skills with the ability to relay show updates between the stage crew and talent team.
o Multitask in a live environment
o Experience in talent wrangling/coordinating as well as experience in juggling multiple talent in a fast paced environment.
o Has the knowledge and experience to be able to contribute to problem solving solutions during a live show.
o Able to handle last minute changes and requests

o Live broadcast experience – think live events/sports/news
o Experience within an AD Department
o Comms experience
o Rundown Creator experience
o Corporate level talent experience

Job Requirements: On-location production (all travel costs covered).
Looking for talent wranglers for an unscripted show. Responsibilities include wrangling cast off and on camera, running errands for cast needs, etc. Production Co based in Los Angeles but will require travel cross country so you do not have to be local to LA. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
