Job Description

*** is seeking a Programming Specialist to join a driven and highly motivated team located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Program Operations team in *** Operations. This Specialist role will have a primary focus on Studio Fulfillment and will gain valuable experience in our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of *** Fulfillment, Product, and Engineering teams across multiple site locations. They will also serve as the liaison *** ween various TV Distribution teams to ensure the accurate and reliable distribution of content to international platforms and third-party clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor delivery of high priority content to high revenue platforms, troubleshooting, and escalating to respective support teams to quickly rectify any potential issues.
• Handle client email communication for all assigned orders.
• Oversee ingest and delivery of high-profile feature and episodic content on high visibility deals.
• Responsible for ensuring complex workflows are fulfilled correctly, such as Movies Anywhere, Full Package deliveries, LATAM dub card orders, *** 18, etc.
• Run daily standup meeting for internal team to discuss agenda items and priority orders.
• Manage EST Day And Date Critical order deliveries that must complete to clients by 3PM Eastern daily.
• Send at risk SLA emails when necessary for any Day and Date critical order at risk of missing client delivery.
• Provide support to Programming Coordinator for complex workflows.
• Must have and retain a solid understanding of internal workflows that the coordinator would be trained on.
• Assist *** Operations Supervisor train new employees on department workflows and supporting ongoing team training.
• Work across multiple processing systems to manage and troubleshoot orders.
• May be asked to cover other Specialists when they are out of office.
• May be assigned to different brands based on business needs.
• Perform all other duties to support the success of the *** Operations team as assigned my manager and follow company rules and policies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a *** or post-production/entertainment environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a job using computers and software applications including MS outlook, MS Excel and the internet.
• 2+ years in a role requiring effective communication with diverse audiences, ranging from non-technical senior leadership executives to technical professionals and *** operations staff.
• 2+ years in a role requiring technical skills within *** management such as understanding and interpreting QC reports, and familiarity with video file specifications.
• 2+ years' experience working with digital *** file formats, sizes, and qualities.

Additional Requirements:

• Anticipated Schedule: 9-5 ET M-F.Must Be willing and able to work flexible hours as needed, including nights, holidays (with notice) and weekends to meet the 24/7 operational needs.
• Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or 2-year degree in Communications or *** .
• Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with video distribution in a TV Broadcast environment.
• Familiarity with internal products such as *** tor, Translator, and Salesforce.
• Passion for broadcast and new *** distribution- should enjoy keeping up to date with emerging platforms and the latest technology trends.

The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible of generating actionable insights for clients, via analysis of trends, building of reports and understanding segmentation and data provided by the research and BI areas of the company.
This position will connect internal research and BI reports to the sales teams, developing data visualization and reporting to deliver comprehensive sales insight packs that support campaign understanding, audiences and 360° results. This coordinator is the "translator" of reports *** ween internal sources of data to clients and agencies. It's knowledge of local clients, types of deals and needs will be critical to ensure understanding and best use of data.
This coordinator will develop reporting processes and use cases - ensuring internal approval - to deliver detailed data from campaigns, as well as tracking of incremental sales derived from these activities.

The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible for:

• Support to the Ad Sales team for the development of commercial proposals that include strategic thinking and generating a 'fit' *** ween the needs of advertisers and the possibilities offered by *** 's product portfolio.
• Work on producing information that will nourish the commercial team about the competitive context, performance of TWDC's assets, performance of integrated multi *** audiences in our portfolio that help explain the dynamics of change in terms of consumption of each medium and platform and property.
• Engage with Sales teams and clients directly in the review and discussion of data trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Develop appropriate processes to ensure approval of data to be used for external facing materials (clients and agencies).

Broadcast IT Specialist

You will help oversee the IT operations at our station and work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. The IT Specialist reports to the IT Manager and performs daily maintenance on computers, virtual systems, network infrastructure, printers and provides user support.

Responsibilities

• Support user needs across all departments, including News, Creative Services, Sales and Administration
• Maintain imaging machines, updating firmware and managing hardware inventory
• Assist the IT Manager with systems upgrades and new platform deployments
• Provide technical guidance to end-users and mobile de *** support
• Maintain LAN/IT infrastructure, installation and support of network hardware and software
• Occasional travel to news bureau, transmitter and translator locations
• Analyze and implement corporate data back-up, disaster recovery and security procedure
