A Day in the Life...
As an intern with the Casting team, you will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of the busy network casting department:
- Become a member of a smart, fun, and collaborative team.
- Assist the department in finding up and coming talent.
- Learn about network casting for pilot shows and current programming.
- Help find new and creative ways to work together with an eye toward quality and efficiency
- Assisting in reviewing the casting materials of current and future projects
- Assisting with the casting and/or production of the *** Discovers Talent Showcase among other initiatives
- Providing support with basic uploading of auditions to Cast It, using Breakdown Services, and internal note taking.
- Updating our actor database, session sheets , and other various internal documents.
- Supporting current Assistant and Coordinator with data entry and scheduling
What we are looking for...
- Proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- A demonstrated proficiency with both Mac and PC operating systems
- Strong proficiency with Zoom
- A high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Education :
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class, or be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months at time of application, or be currently participating in the *** College Program, *** Culinary Program or *** Professional Internship Program
Additional Information :
- Candidate must be able to provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of their internship. Position is located in New York, NY.
- The approximate dates of this internship are September through December
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week, M-F 10AM-6PM/ 11AM-7PM ET) for the duration of the internship.
