Job Description

We're looking for a sales coordinator who is passionate about Universal *** Hollywood to join our Youth Sales team. As Youth Programs Sales Coordinator, you will support the team in selling various ticket products, including Grad Bash, College, and Youth Programs. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. You will also partner closely with Finance, Operations, Event Production, and other internal teams.

General Responsibilities:

Support Youth team with sales initiatives, focusing primarily on Grad Bash and the College market, but also assisting with the broader Youth channel
Partner with other Youth Sales Coordinator to balance channel priorities
Manage Grad Bash and College email boxes, and assist with Youth Programs inbox

As part of the HR team, you will work supporting HR processes and programs that advance our goal of retention and growth of the company's most important asset -- our people. Role Summary

Work with Marketing Manager to deliver campaign one pagers and pitch decks, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Responsible for effectively tracking campaign schedule; work-back timings, tracking actions to ensure campaign milestones and deadlines are met
Support Marketing Manager in regularly broadcasting status, keeping regions and global stakeholders up-to-date on campaign development real time
Support with partnership opportunities, creation of pitch materials and delivery of partnership activity
Track and process campaign budgets ensuring efficient and timely use of marketing funds, maintaining real-time records
Ensure all workstreams for the campaigns are scheduled and tracking on budget, including: *** planning; PR and communications; social engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)

Coordination of Cross-Function Collaboration of Global Teams

Responsible for coordinating cross-function collaboration and input across global brand commercialisation, global category, global communications, and global digital/ *** to execute campaigns
Collate regional product nominations from regional category team and, with support of the Marketing Manager, work closely with the retail integration lead (TBC) to understand local market needs, ensuring toolkits can be optimised across the region
Work with global partnerships team to drive full funnel approach with key partners to *** ter leverage promo commitments
Collaborate with the regional *** team to shape creative marketing toolkit deliverables and activily participate in planning meetings with the creative team to develop effective creative to support campaigns and maximise impact across all key platforms
With support of Marketing Manager, brief relevant marketing functions in order to deliver on campaign objectives
Work closely with creative teams around the globe to deliver assets, including: campaign toolkits, x-category product shoots, partner campaign creative, and develop experiential campaigns
Ensure regional leads have relevant information to fully leverage campaigns from a category and retail perspective
Work with EFM and the global synergy teams to amplify marketing campaigns across lines of business (XLOB)
Coordinate stakeholder approvals across marketing, brand commercialisation, legal, corporate brand management, and compliance

The Public Relations Coordinator will administratively and operationally assist the *** President of Publicity and provide support to the publicity team.

Responsibilities:

Assist withPR efforts across the publicity slate
Maintain talent lists, contact sheets, databases, press recaps and clips
Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed, including calendars, attending meetings, taking project notes, covering local press ops/events and more
Book talent travel including flights, hotels and cars and create detailed, personalized itineraries, coordinate glam services
Assist team with events, shoots and appearances
Assist in the production of events including press tours, screenings, industry panels, awards shows and other company/industry events
