Seeking analytical talent with a passion for data and insights. The analyst delivers reporting, strategic analyses and recommendations. Flexible Business Models (shop-in-shops, print on demand, wholesale), Publishing and Licensed Merchandise businesses. This position requires a strategic and tactical viewpoint, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep sense of curiosity.
You will report to Manager, Business Analytics & Insights.
This is a Full-Time role.
Responsibilities/You will:
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand the business and develop data driven insights that are both strategic and operational-including developing KPIs and achievements on critical initiatives and ensuring data capture and tracking to measure goal achievement
- Craft and develop data models to help drive *** ter understanding of data across the company, connecting disparate data sources to source new insights and provide recommendations and support on strategic decision making
- Drive Data Culture and adoption across the company, creatively thinking of new ways to leverage and connect both internal data and external data, identifying new business opportunities
- Compare standard processes within the analytics organization to optimize reporting across accounts. Ability to find efficiencies such as repurposing existing reports a plus.
- Support workflows to lead and organize all data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, and accurate data for reporting and analytics
- Implement testing and QA of data, weekly delivery, and restatements thereafter.
- Participate in regular data attribution to minimize disruptions to downstream reporting and analytics workflows. Be able to solve problems and issues.
Basic Qualifications/You will have:
- Two plus years of Business, Retail, or Data Analytics, Retail Planning, or Finance experience.
- Sophisticated proficiency with Excel, Oracle forecasting and planning systems (or their equivalent), Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI) as well as syndicated third party data such as Circana and Euromonitor.
- Experience working with large data sets and ability to discern patterns.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other quantitative field

The hiring range for this position in California is $69,946 to $93,930 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
