Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Delivery & Operational Intelligence is accountable for the day-to-day oversight of the change management practices for operations within DMED Technology. The successful candidate will enable beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services. Key responsibilities include assisting resources in understanding the process for submitting change requests, reviewing Change Records for risk mitigation activities, facilitating the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and approving changes as necessary. The Senior Analyst will also assist in the development, optimization and delivery of specific Change Management processes.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Change Coordination

Partner with product/ser *** owners, functional resources, and peer to ensure the proper information is captures for DMED Technology changes
Facilitate CAB conversations
Ask probing questions, and strategically understand the scope and implications of pending changes
Audit existing changes to ensure records were entered completely and accurately
Requirements: organization skills, attention to detail, technical acumen

Change Process Improvement

Structures and oversees / executes on change management disciplines within and for DMED
Works within Engineering Services to inventory, analyze, and streamline tools for change processes
Works with stakeholders to create continuous ser *** improvement and ensures Ser *** Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met
Contributes to relevant ser *** management-related virtual teams to drive strategy and process alignment of internal productivity tools, services, processes and systems

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

5+ yrs of relevant working experience in the technology sector
Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, analytics, operations, marketing/advertising, MBA preferred
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Ser *** Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL Foundation Certificate
Demonstrated project execution skills and experience working directly with IT and business users
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITIL workflow platforms such as ServiceNow
Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes, program level changes and support organization design and structure to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement
Process minded, accountable, proactive, and agile

Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation

*** Entertainment is looking for a Senior Analyst to help drive the transformation of the finance function across all SPE Business Units and functions including Motion Pictures, Television, Networks, Corporate Functions, Development, Marketing, and Distribution. Working as part of Finance Transformation, this individual will join a team of change-agents who are the keepers of the Finance Vision and act as an in-house consulting arm to the Finance Organization. This role will provide consultative and project management support across a portfolio of projects that improve the reporting, planning, and analytical capabilities across the company. This individual will leverage their finance, technology, and consulting skills to partner with senior executives from finance, technology, and operations to advance the company's analytical and decision-making capability.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the transformation of the global Finance function at *** by: analyzing and enhancing the impact of proposed and ongoing initiatives; identifying new analytical approaches to solving business issues and delivering insights; identifying, understanding, and highlighting risks and dependencies for transformation projects; identifying value added opportunities and promoting them as projects.

Specific responsibilities of the Senior Analyst may include:

Defining and structuring a business problem and its root causes using a variety of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Leading meetings with key stakeholders to drive projects forward
Ongoing presentation of findings to senior management, making recommendations based on analysis and trends
Owning the cost-benefit and other models that examine the economic impact for finance transformation projects
Designing more streamlined and value-added go-forward processes for SPE's Finance departments
Understanding current financial analyses and developing more insightful and more efficient approaches
Identifying opportunities to include incremental market or operational data that could be used to *** ter inform analyses
Supporting individual projects with data analysis needs
Supporting the office of the CFO in special projects, including assisting in the planning and preparation of materials for strategic Finance Organization initiatives

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS degree or substantial coursework in an analytics discipline including business, accounting, finance, and systems engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role, such as in management consulting, accounting, financial planning, or financial services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interface effectively at all levels of an organization
High proficiency in developing and presenting PowerPoint decks that explain complex problems, solutions, and initiatives.
Proficiency in project management and facilitation -structuring discussion, prioritizing work, setting timelines, and identifying and removing roadblocks
Fundamental understanding of Financial Planning and Accounting systems, reports, models, and processes
