About the Role & Team
The Special Effects team within Show Systems Studio is the creative mind behind the effects seen within many of our attractions, cruise lines and throughout our resorts. This role will assist with mock-up, design, production, installation, test/adjust and turnover of all special effects work for one or more attraction/project. This entails efforts both as an individual and while working with leaders of Special effects design and production staff.

This position will report to the Manager, Special Effects Design.

What You Will Do

• Assist overall project team in scope development from concept, design, delivery of all required feasibility mockups.
• Preparation and delivery of documentation to establish Effects scope on projects.
• Planning of overall design and production strategy.
• Collaborate with all integrated teams to ensure internal/external requirements are met.
• Field installation which could require travel
• Maintenance and operations training assistance & post turnover support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to aid Special Effects lead during concept & design of effects required to support the show, using appropriate creative and technical methods.
• Solidworks knowledge.
• Produce, install, maintain and fix theme park special effects equipment, per Designer Leads direction.
• Able to form a general plan to achieve stated goals and the ability to track to that plan to ensure goals are met.
• General knowledge of related technical teams and their application to the creation of special effects, optics, mechanics, materials processes etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years in *** (or equivalent) themed entertainment special effect's team.
• Basic knowledge of effects installed at *** theme park attractions.
• Knowledge of projection equipment, materials, and processes.
• Industrial design, manufacturing, operations and maintenance background with some special effects and projection system design experience.
• Exhibit proficiency in the job requirements and responsibilities,
• Ability to lead some budget items, schedule and design work

Education

• B.A., B.S. or equivalent valued but not vital. Theatrical training also desirable.

The hiring range for this position in California is $92,800 to $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. About the Role & Team

*** are seeking an intern for a 12-month term to assist our *** Networks Serbia team in the Balkans with everyday business practices, data management, and operational activities.
This role offers the chance to aid the team in routine tasks and extensive projects, providing a comprehensive view of the TV industry's workings in the region, including sales and marketing within the Pay TV sector.
The position is based in our Serbian *** office four days a week, plus the flexibility of one day working from home.

What You Will Do

General:

• Gain an understanding of the Balkans Pay TV markets and contribute insights for strategy development.
• Learn about the TV *** landscape in Serbia. Monitor competitors and provide information and insights from the market.
• Learn about *** 's channels' performance, ratings, and upcoming projects.

Channel Distribution:

• Learn to maintain internal reporting systems and assist in invoicing and payment processes.
• Assist in creating deals with clients under the guidance of senior team members.
• Keep informed about competitors' activities in the market and share insights with the team.
• Assist in certifying subscriber reports and ensuring alignment of reporting parameters.
• Assist with administrative tasks, as well as internal and external reporting activities.

Ad Sales:

• Coordinate with our agencies and clients
• Administration of order booking in Mydas system.
• Monitor campaigns - performance of each campaign according to ordered, predicted, booked and delivered as TRPs, budgets of spots, etc.
• Support the Sales Executives in preparing presentations, offers, etc.
• Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports; prepare *** plans to support front office.

Marketing:

• Support the planning and executing of marketing activities in line with the policy of global and local market-specific requirements.
• Understand the attitudes and behaviors of channels' key audiences to identify best-suited touchpoints.
• Gather and analyse marketing data to evaluate returns and maximise profitability of marketing investments.
• Maintain direct relationships with chosen agencies and vendors, daily communication, and quality control.

The AOT Cybersecurity team partners with many other divisions to design, build and integrate cybersecurity solutions that proactively protect *** assets, systems, data, and guests in our parks.

What You Will Do:
The "Cyber Tech Spec - Firewall Operations" is a key team member dealing with
security operations. This involves methodically working through alerts generated and received by the team's tools integrated into the attraction networks.

You will:

• Assist with the sustainment of more than 200 firewalls including firmware updates, monitoring and responding to events.
• Work with engineering partners to provide functionality and remote access through the attraction firewalls.
• Continue development of remote access VPN infrastructure.
• Develop policy, as needed, for new solutions and systems deployed in the rides and shows.
• Partner with *** Enterprise Technology while deploying new firewalls as networks are refreshed or newly built.
• Work "behind the scenes" and after park operating hours as the role emphasizes uptime and availability during guest attendance.
• Participate in attraction commissioning activities with *** Imagineering.
• Receive guidance and support from senior and staff level team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a technology or engineering organization and a passion for network security.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze, interpret, recommend, and communicate solutions.
• Understanding of networking technology including familiarity with OSI stack, protocols and associated host identifiers (MAC, IP, etc).
• Ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritize one's own time.

Key job responsibilities
• Partner with the global Community Video team to contribute to strategies, requirements, tactics, goals, and programs to deliver authentic and compelling video and broadcast content across key channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to plan a monthly cadence of video and broadcast content, and establish a writer's room process for creating scripts or run-of-shows for all videos and broadcasts.
• Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production planning and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production.

This position will work with the Accounting Sr. Manager in overseeing the Max Content accounting processes and manage a team of professionals who provide full-ser *** accounting and reporting relating to Max programming and production. Position Summary

In 2023, the primary focus of the SMCL team was the initial launch of our flagship streaming service, Max, in the US. Throughout 2024, we're focused on the international expansion of Max and developing new monetization capabilities to drive subscriber growth.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst who is passionate about data, understands the importance of fostering communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, and enjoys diving deep into data products! This role is instrumental in ensuring we have data that is reliable, consistent, and accurate across its data products and platforms. The Senior Data Governance Analyst is a collaborator who partners with teams across data domains and functional areas. You will help ensure compliance with data governance policies for large scale initiatives and projects, support alignment of our critical data metrics, and ensure standard methodologies for data management. In addition, this role is instrumental in developing and leading data standards, processes, and procedures, and ensuring that our data is treated as a corporate asset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with partners who are responsible for data ownership, classification, and metadata management of our data products and platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Data Governance policies.
• Leads Business/Functional Data Working Groups to define and document current state business processes, collect necessary metadata, define metrics and terms, identify data challenges, and document recommendations.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle and New York City is $118,000 - $158,200 per year and in Los Angeles is$112,600 - $151,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
