Business Intelligence Manager Expirimentaion Support - RemoteWe are the Marketing Analytics and Data Integration (MADI) team, part of the *** + Streaming Data & Insights Group (DIG) Business Intelligence team. DIG is a key connector among the *** Streaming verticals. The group comprises of subject matter experts that prototype, build, and scale data infrastructure and products; assess, aggregate, and analyze data; and craft qualitative and quantitative-based narratives and insights, providing partners with decision support, performance clarity and business-driving recommendations. The MADI team provides actionable, data-driven solutions to solve marketing challenges!
Role Details:The manager would lead *** measurement and experimentation for our *** + marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for test design and development (e.g. A/B, multi-cell, incrementality), insights and analysis, project planning, and building positive relationships with our partners. Comfortable leading highly technical analyses, which requires researching, reporting, communicating and ultimately providing decision support services and actionable insights to the business. Capability to interpret data and provide appropriate context to explain marketing performance, industry shifts, and usage across multiple platforms will be key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an inquisitive nature, attention to detail, and a love of *** .
Sources of data include marketing delivery and performance data including, but not limited to marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce), Adobe tools (Omniture, Audience Manager), mobile measurement partner (Kochava), purchase/subscription data. You should be comfortable pulling data via SQL queries.
Your Day-to-Day: - Responsible for reporting, insights, experimental design & testing, and recommendations for full funnel marketing tactics
- Partner closely across marketing and *** activation teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies and approaches that are aligned to campaign and brand goals
- Develop data-informed decision making, hypothesis generation, and experimentation throughout the marketing organization
- Scope, prioritize and lead all aspects of the planning, execution and reporting of strategic cross functional team projects
- Define and coordinate experimentation roadmap to identify new growth opportunities for our marketing investments and partner internally or with 3rd party partners to implement
- Oversee the project management of experimentation through all phases of development from design, implementation, data gathering, evaluation, validation, and reporting
- Develop and lead the planning and prioritization of current and future clean room analyses
- Collaborate with Marketing Data Integration peers to ensure dimensions and metrics in data pipelines stay in sync with business workflows powering reporting
- Stay current with emerging trends in data science, experimentation, and predictive analytics and apply them to business challenges
- Directly manage and support direct report(s)
- Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by Director
Basic Qualifications: - BA/BS. 4-6+experience or equivalent experience in digital marketing and analytics, web analytics, online *** industry.
- Understanding of web, native app, video measurement technology and standards
- Proficient in SQL with a detailed understanding of data and systems' infrastructures; experience extracting data from databases using SQL
- Proficient with analytical tools and languages supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization - Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Collaborative Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Tableau, R, Python, Looker, Tableau
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
- Experience using project management tools like those from Atlassian (JIRA, Co *** uence)
Additional Qualifications: - A proven track record of delivering actionable analysis and insights particularly to senior leadership
- Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze large and complex sets of data to provide business insights across a broad range of needs and target audiences
- Excellent communicator across all levels of the organization; able to effectively tell stories with data and present findings to a non-technical audience
- Experience with hypothesis testing and experimentation, particularly in test design and capacity to drive conclusions from the analysis
- Knowledge of content discovery mechanisms (algorithms) and optimization levers within multiple digital *** platforms
- Strong detail-orientation with a penchant for data accuracy and good grammar
- Successful experience managing, developing, and mentoring
- Very strong project management skills and effectively managing complexity of coordination in a large organization
- Deep interest in technical aspects of data automation and integration using Google Cloud Services
- Experience in working independently to meet deliverables with some oversight

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 155,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
