Duties/Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Assist Local Sales Manager
• Assist Local Account Executives
• Prepare weekly pre & post long reports for clients
• Prepare daily preemption report
• Run various campaign performance reports and flag areas that are pacing behind or need attention
• Building list in formats to be utilized for mass outreach or mailers
• High level of data entry in multiple systems
• Resolving discrepancies
• Campaign pre//post sales maintenance
• Creating and pulling sales reports
• Setting up and pulling reports
• Assist sales managers in coordinating sales events
• Assist sales staff with computer systems, sales processes, and filling out forms
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:• Meet deadlines routinely and communicate clearly with supervisors or co-workers if there is a delay
• Be efficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft products, and have the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Possess strong written & verbal communication skills
• Possess great troubleshooting AND problem-solving skills
• Have an interest in learning about a new industry and how things work
• Be a self-starter
• Have strong organizational skills
• Be detail-oriented
• Be customer ser *** oriented
