Fifth season reality show seeking driven, self motivated Production Coordinators in Atlanta to travel to Evansville, IN and film in the surrounding areas. An unforeseen event forced our current PC to have to step down last minute, so we are trying to fill this position ASAP.
Start date is tomorrow for handoff at the office in ATL and will travel with crew and production vehicles to the crew hotel in Evansville Indiana before starting filming the next day, 9/30/23. This job is for a trial first block to see if it is a good fit (tentatively 9/28-10/17). If all works out, the show will run through to on or about first week of June 2024, with cycles of 3-5 weeks in the field, 1-2 weeks in ATL.
Your job will mainly consist of (but not be limited to) getting crews out in the AM, managing crew meals/crafty, Completing daily PR's, getting releases on location, logging daily per diem, tracking and turning in receipts on Cashet (Pcard), organize your field kits / vehicles and keep them clean / fueled, helping handling any permits / scouts that our crew requires and any associated prep during normal filming. This is an all hands smaller footprint production and everyone is expected to pitch in to make the day go more smoothly. There will be some interstate travel and an international trip in '24. Please have a valid passport that is good for at least a year.
***. We do not have any COVID protocol or restrictions/requirements in place. It is up to our crew to monitor their own health in the field. Wanted to be clear, in case that is an issue.
This is a 6day/week position.
To be considered....
MUST be ready to start Thursday, 9/28, and Travel the field Friday 9/29!
You MUST be LOCAL to ATLANTA (or the immediate surrounding area, as you will be leaving from there with gear, vehicles and crew).
Have FULL availability for the above dates
Be comfortable taking a crew into the field on your own.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Have a valid Passport that will not expire for 1 year.
Be comfortable driving Mini-vans, Cargo vans.
Have excellent money handling skills
Be prepared to get into the permitting/location procurement process.
Possess good release/set etiquette.
Be able to manage and organize important documents (releases, location agreements, check requests, PR's etc)
Just a few note...
We do not cover mileage to or from set when you are reporting to work.
Hotel and per diem will be covered while on location
Per diem: $50.00/day ($35.00 per day if production provides lunch)
No Cell Phone reimbursements or kit rentals.
