Your New Role: Provide on-site managerial presence for administrative duties and staff supervision. Will co-manage support staff in the daily execution of Linear Commercial Operations functions to ensure completion of daily log production and that all revenue generating elements are scheduled according to order parameters and client expectations and in a manner that retains and maximizes revenue. Collaborate with Director and Network Manager in establishing best processes that streamline workflow and increase efficiencies. Your Role Accountabilities•Manage daily log production ensuring logs are completed, QC'd and exported in a timely manner adhering to established deadlines •May interact daily with Ad Sales, BOC, Creative Services, Pricing and Planning, Programming and outside agency personnel to resolve contract issues, provide information needed in the workflow process and perform general troubleshooting of any issues to point of resolution •Assist with ongoing process and system training for staff • Collaborate with Network managers to troubleshoot and resolve all order issues that impact log production and potentially impact revenue •Research and approve all credit requests for assigned networks that are attributed to LCO staff •Review and approve all PTO requests for LCO employees located in Capability Center ensuring that adequate coverage and on-call resources are provided at all times. This will include availability after normal business week (M-F) work hours, weekends, holidays and other office •Document staff performance in order to provide ongoing feedback and regular performance reviews; document any performance issues or disciplinary actions Qualifications & Experiences: •Experience in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team •Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment •Strong organization skills •Ability to work within time constraints and exhibit flexibility in work hours based on business needs and seasonal demands •Must exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities •Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills •Ability to compile, code, categorize, audit or verify information or data •Ability to enter, store or maintain information in written or electronic form
