We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date & Staff Call-Time: Tuesday 5/14/24 @ 12pm

Event Hours: 6pm - 10pm

Event Location: Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, Phoenix, AZ

Event Activations / Games: Giant Mechanical Unit

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** 10 / *** 10Xtra in Phoenix Arizona is looking for an Account Executive. This position is responsible for generating digital and broadcast revenue for Phoenix, Arizona's top news and sports stations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and results-oriented and thrives developing new business, selling OTT and CTV platforms, creating and selling unique multi-screen promotional sponsorships, and maintaining and improving an existing client list. The successful AE candidate must be able to work in a team environment, possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills and be able to develop strong client and agency relationships . This candidate must also be able to identify qualified targets and opportunities and aggressively pursue digital, OTT and new business advertisers, provide strategic ad *** throughout the sales process, and close new sales. We are looking for someone that can bring together all our resources [FLX/OTT, Top Rated Local News, *** sports, Market-leading news, MyNetwork TV, Multi-platform Sponsorships and Promotions] and provide marketing solutions in a creative manner to achieve a high level of results. 3+ years professional experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development, preferably in a TV sales environment.
College degree preferred.

Digitally savvy. Proficiency with computers and cloud-based communication applications. Experience with WideOrbit preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Distribution Engineer and Architect to join our team and assist in ingesting, processing, and distributing all networks wholly or partially owned by Tubi *** Group and its Joint Venture partners.

An ideal candidate will be someone who can collaborate and build relationships with various internal *** teams, clients, and vendors as well as with engineering and product support staff from our JV partners. With your strong familiarity and experience with broadcasting and/or cable infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to provide support functions including problem determination and resolution, technical solution development, policies, procedures, and processes governing the use of the *** and JV distribution architectures.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to Engineering and Operations teams as well as other groups to troubleshoot issues in the distribution chain internally
Help design, implement and support DAI for the *** eco-systems to support linear and event-based programming.
Participate in the support and ongoing maintenance of standards and policies
Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate
Project ownership responsibilities include gathering requirements from diverse business units, documenting the proper design, and following through to project completion.
Provide input in the design and rollout of new distribution architectures for broadcast, cable, and streaming
Next-generation OTT, TVE, 5G, and IPTV metadata standards
Support Business Development and Operations teams for new launches
Provide input in the design and rollout of new distribution architectures for broadcast, cable, and streaming applications for *** and our JV partners
Maintain and develop monitoring das *** ards using Splunk and LTN Visual Metadata Analyzer, Telestream IQ products, and monitoring tools
Use of web tool skillsets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL databases) to assist with monitoring and alerting efforts
Provide remote support of the HEVC software-defined platforms cable (v)MVPDs and the 209 *** broadcast affiliates
Be an integral team member for the life cycle of projects from development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance
Provide training on distribution projects with the operations and other *** teams as needed and develop and maintain training and workflow documents and diagrams.
Lead projects requested by the team
Keep abreast of industry initiatives through trade publications, webinars, and other sources

**** YOU **** NEED

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
Direct experience at a broadcast affiliate or large MVPD or equivalent military experience
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, transport stream analyzers, etc
MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Coding/Linux/macOS/test tools like WireShark
The position requires in-depth engineering knowledge of streaming protocols to include but not limited to SRT, Zixi, RIST, RTP+FEC
Knowledge of SCTE 35, 104, and 224 messages and commands, Next-generation OTT, TVE, 5G, and IPTV metadata standards
Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential technical issues throughout the distribution architecture
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to handle problems independently to resolution
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations
Perform and participate in a team-oriented environment
Excellent customer ser *** skills and demeanor, communications, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to lift fifty pounds

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Knowledge of cloud computing a plus
Photoshop, After Effect, Illustrator skillsets a plus
