Responsible for managing asset preparation including but not limited to organizing, pulling content for ingest/broadcast, and returning content to proper storage location.
Serve as a representative of the *** Operations Center, providing customer ser *** excellence that entails timely responsiveness, succinct follow ups, and building strong relationships with customer base and peer groups.
Ability to handle and prioritize workload, including time sensitive issues and materials.
Use digital delivery platforms like Aspera or Signiant on a daily basis.
Ability to collect and relay accurate information about assets both verbally and written formats to business partners, management, suppliers, and vendors.
Troubleshoot basic problems, escalations, and issues in the ingest and *** prep workflow, following the escalation procedures and maintaining client communication.
