SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Product Management executive leader, assists the technical project management team with projects, project activities, and resources. Supports the coordination, documentation, and management of projects. Coordinates and manages resources and activities needed to assist the technical project management team in the successful execution of both technology based and non-technology based projects in support of overall company objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
Discusses project management strategies, practices, or policies with project management staff.
Collaborates with leadership and project management staff to help define and document the scope and objectives of the project in order to help ensure user satisfaction, acceptance, and ownership of the project.
Contributes to the planning and development of projects.
Identifies and documents the project deliverables and objectives defining successful completion of the project.
Assists with required projects, project activities, and resources to help the project team in completing and managing project plans to ensure that they are successfully executed within defined schedule and budget objectives.
Communicates project goals and requirements to appropriate staff.
Coordinates and follow-up on project management activities and resources (internal and external).
Collaborates with project team, staff, and others to manage and resolve issues.
Documents and reports pertinent information to project team and staff.
Prepares and distributes project documentation and project status reports as required or requested.
Conducts status reviews of projects to ensure adherence to design and quality objectives. Monitors results against schedule and budget objectives. Consults with project team to identify and follow-up on corrective action activities.
Identifies and communicates status, issues and risks of project activities and tasks to the project team and appropriate staff.
Consults with manager and/or technical project managers to identify, follow-up, and manage the tasks required for project completion.
Coordinates, schedules, and documents project team meetings on a regular basis.
Collaborates with project management team and staff to help ensure user satisfaction, acceptance, and ownership of project.
Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner with employees, clients and/or vendors in team-oriented environment.
Promotes a professional working relationship with clients and other departments within CDS Global.
Continually learns and applies project management methods, business practices, and information in a fast-paced technical environment.
Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
React to change and remain productive.

Works on-call or extended hours when required or requested.
Performs additional duties as required or requested.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, S****S AND LICENSING
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer technology or other business related four-year degree, or equivalent work experience.
Inter *** te written, verbal and presentation skills.
Inter *** te math and computer PC knowledge/skills.
Ability to collaborate and complete project objectives.
Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with a variety of individuals.
Ability to take direction and follow-up on instructions and tasks as requested or required by leadership or team members.
Experience making decisions on variety of tasks requiring discretion, judgment and initiative guided by general standards or procedures.
Good organizational skills to manage several projects at the same time and ensure all aspects of a project are completed on time and within budget.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks and projects.
If required to travel, has access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record and active insurance.
