Shooting on the FX6 and FX9 + specialty cams and slow motion

Looking for an experienced local production assistant for a 1-day 2 camera interview and b-roll shoot on 5/7. Responsibilities include helping crew load/unload gear and set up interview space; going for runs for props/ lunch etc.
Will be driving our interview contributors to/from hotel so good people skills are important. Will also include helping us scan archival materials. Rate is $225/12 and we will work on a 12 hour day. Must be local to the Maryland Area.

They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

Responsibilities:
- Receive gear shipment or hand off
- Lead venue set up
- Give direction to crew
- Communicate with event partner and/or facility manager
- Manage game and crew schedule
- Monitor and maintain power, storage, and bitrate
- Charge gear after each event day (if applicable)
- Break down venue
- Return gear shipment or drop off
- Must be available for one pre-production meeting with management team
- Must be available for set up and breakdown days, possibly before and after event days
- May be required to conduct a site visit prior to event

Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sports video production.
- Must have experience with live video production.
- Must be capable of all day activity, standing / walking for long periods.
- Must have transportation to athletic facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Must feel comfortable giving direction to crew.
- Must be capable of efficient digital communication (text, phone, email).

This is a docuseries focused on sports and we have requirements to dress professionally at our race venues

Show black, button downs, polo shirts and slacks.

We have a new client that would like for us to hold a 2 camera DSLR interview shoot with a small lighting package and audio in Cockeysville, MD on 5/5/2024.
Shooter would be solo, no manager on site. The project will be to interview a Coach at one location and then get some b-roll of them at or near that same location as well. B-roll could potentially be outdoors.
Pay negotiable, as it will include 2 DSLR's provided by you and a small lighting kit.
Shooter could also edit the finals as well-if applicable, but it would need to be a reasonable turn around.

Shoot timing would be 8am to 4pm

We're looking for a sound mixer for an upcoming non-union shoot in Baltimore on May 8. This is corporate shoot where we will be filming a number of people reading off a teleprompter. Only one person will be on camera at a time. You must be able to work as a local and provide your own transportation to and from set. Please include relevant experience and equipment list/rates.
