Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field/relevant industry experience in software development
- At 3+years of experience in Software Engineering
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns.
- Passionate about solving complex and mission-critical problems with leading-edge, innovative technologies through solid engineering practices
- Experience with AWS/Azure Cloud Services in Compute, Storage, Containers, Database, Networking, Security, Application Integration
- Experience designing and building front-end Single-Page Applications (SPAs) in one or more front-end frameworks (HTML5, AngularJS, ReactJS) and modern languages such as Python/Go
- Experience with NoSQL (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch and Redis) and Relational DBs (AWS RDS, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Experience in Serverless technologies such as DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3, or other equivalents
- Expertise in modern application development practices such as CI/CD, testing, and DevOps
- Basic programming experience with an appreciation for clean and efficient code
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems, working knowledge of Data models and Database technologies
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Embrace open-source technologies
- Write code and scripts to automate everything possible
- Deep understanding of OO Design Principles and Patterns
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
