Seeking an experienced Set Production Assistant to join our small, dynamic crew for an exciting one-day project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has some experience and eager to contribute to multiple departments, including lighting and camera. The project involves a full day of interviews and B-roll, requiring efficiency to accomplish multiple setups. We are looking to add someone to our great small crew for one day.

Need a PA for a reality shoot in Islip Terrace 5th - 12th (9th is dark). We are only looking to hire Long Island locals, please do not apply if you live in the city as the commute every day is quite far.

Typical PA duties such as fetching lunch and crafty, helping to load gear in and out, obtaining releases in the field, driving one of the mini vans with crew/ gear in it, etc.

Candidate must be able to direct high content, fast paced local newscast, coordinate technical requirements of newscast with news and Engineering/Production departments to ensure a clean broadcast; assist News Producer as necessary with all technical aspects of newscast; additional duties include directing specials and other programming as assigned by the Engineering/Production department.

Must have both manual and ELC directing/coding experience. Individual must have at least 10 years major market directing experience at a commercial broadcast station or production facility in the above capacity, with an emphasis on News; ability to work well as a team player in a pressure filled environment; must be able to work flexible hours/weekends/night/early morning/holidays.

Candidate will also be required to join the DGA union. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and in accordance with the applicable union collective bargaining agreement is: $52.57 per hour

Storyboards are for 30 sec spot. We estimate that we will need ten to fifteen boards and have two days total, including one round of revision.

Videographer needed for camping music festival in New York City /PA Area. Must be able to Shoot and Edit.

Requirements are to shoot coverage and edit (2) 10 second pieces a day.

Project is in PA. Crew will be provided transport from NYC on Thursday before, and Monday after. self report is available.

CREATIVE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Our show is looking for a Creative Production Assistant for an award-winning New York based daily daytime talk show.

This position is for someone with the following credentials:
- At least 6 months – 1 year of production experience (including assistant and/or intern work)
- Experience in studio programming.
- Talk show experience a huge plus.
- Comfortable working long hours including weekends when needed.

The position will support a producer and associate producer. We are looking for someone who will assist our teams with enthusiasm and has a positive, can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, an ability to pivot quickly when required, and does not believe any task is “too small”.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Our show is looking for a seasoned Associate Producer for an award-winning New York based daily daytime talk show.

This position is for someone with the following credentials:
- At least 2-3 Associate Producer credits
- At least 4 years of production experience (including AP, coordinator, assistant and/or intern work)
- Experience in live and/or studio programming.
- Talk show experience a huge plus.
- Comfortable working long hours including weekends when needed.

The position will support a producer and work alongside a Creative PA to complete all the following tasks-pre-interviewing guests, writing scripts, producing tape, clearing elements, booking in-studio guests, and having a comprehensive knowledge of live studio production. We are looking for someone who will complement our team and has a positive, can-do attitude as well.

This position will require the right candidate to be in studio for several days a month.

Salary ranges $1,350 - $1,550 weekly based on experience, with paid dark weeks and an option to buy into company’s health insurance plan. Position starts in August 2024, wraps end of May 2025.

Looking for experienced Production Designer for a short film shooting in Hudson Valley, NY in September with SAG actors. Shooting the film in one location. Using Kitchen/Dining Room/Hallways/etc.

Would require possible furniture, and set dressing sourcing. Film does include a dinner scene and some small effects. Days listed are only for the shoot days, additional prep days before the shoot will be included in August. Before finalizing any deal, we'd send the script and ask for a pitch on your vision.

- Create, distribute, and update weekly and daily show schedules and call sheets.
- Facilitate onboarding and coordinate assignments for freelance crew members.

- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination of shoots.
- Perform as needed research based projects (market, content, awards, etc).
- Collect and sustain data/information that reflects monthly trends such as how many field shoots in one month, how many studio resources trained per quarter, etc.

We are looking for a PA to help drive a crew Minivan or 12 Pass Van and then help with general production assistant duties whilst in Long Island, NY. We are not able to offer a hotel and will be working 10-12 hour days so we are looking for someone who actually lives out in Long Island rather than someone based in NYC or Brooklyn so that the days are not incredibly long for you!

Other duties will include getting coffees and lunches, going on production runs and fire watch for kit and van. We are a friendly and small crew!

This is a 10 hour corporate b-roll and interview shoot in Syracuse, NY on July 31st with a 2 person crew (DP & Grip). Looking for a grip who is comfortable assisting the DP with their 3 point lighting set up. No gear is required.

This is a 10 hour shoot guaranteed. $250 for 10 hours guaranteed, this shoot is not expected to go over 10 hours. Lunch will be provided.
