We offer multiple soundstages combined with thousands of square feet of luxurious green rooms, production suites, private theater, grand lobbies and atriums for industry events.
Position Overview:
The Entertainment Production and Event Sales Representative will be responsible to actively and aggressively pursue all appropriate business opportunities within the entertainment, social, and corporate event industry.
This position requires a high level of professionalism and expertise in the entertainment-production and event industry. The ideal candidate will need to possess a calm and collected demeanor and exude confidence.
Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and develop relationships within the entertainment-production industry including feature film, TV broadcast/streaming, and music tour production companies, record labels, music tour managers, and producers.
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the corporate and social event industry such as corporate meetings, retreats, weddings, and rehearsals.
Assists with the marketing effort including public relations, social media, digital marketing etc. to expand brand awareness.
Meet or exceed set goals & budgeted revenue targets.
Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing relationships to secure repeat business and referrals via phone, email, and in person.
Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints
Attend relevant industry events shows to promote the facility and establish new business connections.
Conduct site tours to showcase the facility's features and capabilities to potential clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their production requirements, develop custom proposals, and negotiate rental agreements.
Analyze competition brand and assist in properly positioning the company and its products and services.
Recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
Utilize and maintain proper sales and performance records via applications such as Zoho to manage leads, accounts, and pipelines to streamline the sales process.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and meet client expectations.

Qualification Requirements:
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, venue management or related field and 3+ years of documented success in sales
Preferred: (MBA and 10+ years’ experience) in the production industry, specifically with feature film, TV broadcast/streaming, and music tour production companies.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven track record in similar Sales Role
In-depth knowledge of production equipment, workflows, and industry standards in entertainment content production.
Excellent communication, verbal and written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and sales platforms such as Zoho.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Frequent Functions and Working Conditions:
Ability to work demanding schedule such as extended hours, nights, and weekends
Ability to work in-person in office and commute to client locations and industry events.
