I was a freelance EIC overseeing the production of Frankie & Neffe, Season 3. My responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling and crewing of the show in Atlanta. I also was responsible to oversee cost reporting and forecasting budget trends. I approved all payments through the accounting department and enforced Viacom vendor compliance, human resources and safety mandates.

Production Executive in charge of reality, competition and scripted programming for BET. My responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling and crewing shows produced in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and New York. I also was responsible to oversee cost reporting and forecasting budget trends. I managed both union and non-union projects. I approved all payments through the accounting department and enforced Viacom vendor compliance, human resources and safety mandates.
