• Coordinating all logistics of the video department before, during, and after shoots • Act as day-to-day liaison between video staff and clients/other WD staff, ensuring expectations are managed and deadlines met • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to budgets, timelines, client relations, and timely communication with all project stakeholders. • Supervise preparation of video proposals and statements of work, soliciting feedback from video team as needed. • Create production schedules and conduct kickoff meetings at project commencement. • Coordinate all pre-shoot logistics including: equipment rentals and purchases, location scouting, drafting itineraries and shot lists, interview planning. • Manage post-shoot schedule to ensure timely completion of all deliverables including: audio transcription, script construction and revisions, voiceover and music options, coordination of freelance editors or writers, supervising assembly of rough cuts and edits through to final hand-off. • Work with Controller to provide budget-to-actual reports to clients as needed, paying particular attention to changes in scope and advocating for budget adjustments accordingly. • Conduct project post-mortems and assessment of results.
