• Instruct students in the fundamentals of television and film production • Produce the first ever school wide award show called The AiMEs 2008-2011 • Work with different departments to cross train student with different elements of production • Cross department tutorials with students about the different elements of production: o producing the commercial o advanced editing o producing the corporate video o producing the music video o directed study: ”producing the live event”. • Organize and invited guest lecturers including professional users groups to the school to talk about the industry and the latest technology: IATSE President, BOSFCPUG and BAVUG • Live studio productions using different lighting elements, switcher, studio cameras, teleprompter, audio mixer and a character generator • Instruct students in the art of advanced editing using shows and films from different genres • Instruct second year students in single and multi-camera productions • Help students achieve a good understanding of camera angles, cuts-only editing, basic lighting, audio mixing, video switching, shot lists and storyboards • Gave students the opportunity to complete a project utilizing the fundamentals of television production

• Act as day-to-day liaison between staff and clients for Finish • Tour the facility everyday to make sure it was presentable • Estimate jobs for clients in File Maker • Approve actuals and invoices for clients • Schedule awarded jobs • Approve vendor invoices • Maintain weekly sales analysis • Manage jobs on a daily basis • Follow up with clients to ensure that expectations were met • Reach out to old clients and researched possible new clients

• Coordinating all logistics of the video department before, during, and after shoots • Act as day-to-day liaison between video staff and clients/other WD staff, ensuring expectations are managed and deadlines met • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to budgets, timelines, client relations, and timely communication with all project stakeholders. • Supervise preparation of video proposals and statements of work, soliciting feedback from video team as needed. • Create production schedules and conduct kickoff meetings at project commencement. • Coordinate all pre-shoot logistics including: equipment rentals and purchases, location scouting, drafting itineraries and shot lists, interview planning. • Manage post-shoot schedule to ensure timely completion of all deliverables including: audio transcription, script construction and revisions, voiceover and music options, coordination of freelance editors or writers, supervising assembly of rough cuts and edits through to final hand-off. • Work with Controller to provide budget-to-actual reports to clients as needed, paying particular attention to changes in scope and advocating for budget adjustments accordingly. • Conduct project post-mortems and assessment of results.
