Responsible for all travel for Talent and Crew, acquiring permits and permissions for production and post, executing vendor agreements, staffing crews, POs, vehicles.

Responsible for training team members during casting phase, maintaining open call registration area, direct press liaison for all press requests and on location appearances, work directly with NBC PR team for all red carpet events, create budgets, execute major label bill backs, acquire all film permits cross country, create and maintain integral relationships with various vendors and venues cross country.

Responsible for managing the design and build teams of retail location, coordinate project meetings, research materials to be used in project, create and execute budget and maintain scheduled timeline, coordinate move in and design of floor layout.

Responsible for checking in talent/processing to needed departments, upkeep of talent database utilizing MS excel/ MS Word, weekly purchase of crafty, coordinate water trucks, upkeep of on set timecards and receipts/PO’s for all departments.
