Yellowstone S5, Paramount Network - Handled off-set issues and communications between the main cast and production. Coordinated day-to-day activities for Cole Hauser and Luke Grimes including delivery of contract riders, coordinating family travel, and organizing appearances at local events. Organized with Finn Little’s Australian manager and Viacom’s Legal department to ensure we had all required documentation and forms for his work visa and travel to and from Australia.

Assisted the HSS and Covid Production Supervisor with preparation of plans and logistical requirements of protocols, including attending tech scouts, production meetings, and working with department heads. Organized the testing of cast and crew traveling to Montana during pre-production. Organized and ran testing during Cowboy Camp, where the main cast trained the month prior to filming during pre-production. Once the season wrapped, I moved back over to close out the season coordinating travel protocols to close the show and testing for cast and crew to return home. Then organized the total Covid numbers for the season to provide to Viacom for record keeping.

Assistant to Patrick Markey, producer of Oscar nominated films such as ‘A River Run’s Through It’, ‘The Horse Whisperer’, and Emmy Nominated TV Shows ‘Ozark’, ‘Dinner with Friends’ and season 5 of ‘Yellowstone’. Provided coverage for scripts and novels brought to the company looking to be optioned. Handled day to day schedule and meeting logs. Going into season 5 of Yellowstone, organized meetings and zoom calls with department heads and potential new hires. Provided detailed notes of all meetings and coordinated budget concerns with the UPM in pre-production. Once the production office was opened, I transitioned to help set up the Covid Department and then moved over to handle the Cast Liaison duties once production started.

Creator of pilot and head writer. I produced the pilot eventually getting into a series of meetings for consideration by TV One, Bounce TV, and BET. Also got a “recommend” from NBC’s script reader.
