Consulted with executives, producers and independent casting directors on projects and advised on participants to be considered for projects and/or development.

Sourced and identified new and emerging talent in person as well as via digital media to generate ongoing lists of talent for casting consideration. Developed day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving foreseeable conflicts. Tracked and drove completion of key deliverables.
