• Production management for all small shoots including Reunion shows, sizzles, pilots, etc. • Production Management document required o Transpo grids o Hotel grids o Contact sheets o Vehicle grids o PO’s – scanning, saving, filing and keeping a log o Managements of all releases and processes o Billing/vendors o Budgeting – tracking expenses • Office Production Management o Making sure we have space for new hires and all the furniture is available o Addressing needs for new hires or existing producers including phones, computer stations, etc. • Gear / Equipment ordering (MAKING SURE COSTS ARE APPROVED AND PO’ED IMMEDIATELY) • Expendables for shows • Setting up the Producers w/ all the needs for shows • Handling Talent needs on set via Producers, Talent Coord, AD’s, etc. • Helping with travel as needed – flights, hotels, cars • Deliverables – working w/ Post to get footage to them promptly and monitoring what’s coming in and out of set and the office to ensure safe delivery of footage • Booking crew – details, rates, etc. • Sending call sheets – including FULL details for shoot days • Distributing call times to crew • Start paperwork completions and approvals – making sure start paperwork and time cards are 100% filled out and complete before sending to LP for final approval • Interview and Hire all assistants, PA’s, and maintain office manager overflow. • Storage Units – Self Storage – managing items in storage, keeping clean and organized • Managing all office PA’s – delegation of work, scheduling, etc. • Making sure new hires do proper paperwork, have office supplies and sufficient work spaces in the office • Office Bills and accounting • Making sure online filing system is being properly built and maintained (w/ PM)
