• Produced and directed initial pilot sizzle and hour-long 420 Special, resulting in series order from the network. • Collaborated with talent and Executive Producers to develop direction of show, cast guests and hire crew. • Directed talent and crew on set, post-produced through the edit on each episode. • Created appearance release workflow with PM team, developed complex tech system for playback during filming, and managed deliverable deadlines in production.

• Oversaw creative direction of all pre-tape packages and field pieces for pilot run of VICELAND nightly live show. • Spearheaded collaboration with all VICE departments to include work from across the company on the show • Developed and implemented data driven strategic workflows to insure efficient execution and delivery for high volume of quick-turnaround packages.

• Managed a department of 12 people (production and post) responsible for developing and producing brand-defining interstitial, promo, experimental content and longform specials for Viceland broadcast and social channels. • Determined creative direction and oversaw development of all projects (in collaboration with SVP of Marketing and Creative Directors) through production and post, as well as directed content in the field. • Established workflows from scratch for both pre and post production; collaborated with Production Manager to create and approve budgets. • Created opportunities to film around network marketing events, traveled to produce and direct on location. • Recruited new talent and crew, and incubated ideas to pilot for future shows. • Co-created Viceland's first game show, A Quiz Show, and first semi-scripted comedy variety special, Channel Surfing.
