CURRENT DUTIES My volunteer duties at Pinoy Houston TV include: TV Line Producer - Pre-production Responsibilities for 8 shows Howdy Philippines, Health Connection, Ukay Ukay, Gata Geaux, Teatro, Kultura, The Local Vibe, Street Talk, Beyond Deadlines, RexJetsetGo and maybe 2 more shows in development. I write and produce and direct the first 8 shows weekly. - Create show rundowns including all playback timing, guest information, funders, and elements needed for each segment - Attend pre-production studio days and manage crew, oversee control room functions, review all show elements, approve all graphics, credits, lowerthirds, etc. - Review rundown timing with TD when he is in a good mood : ) - Enter promo copy into the prompter - Tape Day Responsibilities - Time the shows in real time for live-to-tape programs - Work with Senior/ Executive Producer to adjust segments as needed - Watch segments and take edit notes in real time - Post-Production Responsibilities - Oversee and approve the editing, closed captioning process and the delivery of shows to the studios. - Send rundowns to stations. - Produce Show Elements Segment Producer - Research and pitch guest ideas - Book/pre-interview/produce guests - Provide production notes for all guests booked - Gather all graphic elements for One-on-One and Life & Living segments - Feed host questions in real time during segments - Write show descriptions for all segments produced - Email guests with broadcast information and links to segments TV Producer - Write show descriptions for all guests produced, and gather descriptions from staff and freelance producers for guests they’ve produced - Send documents that include the title, description and premiere date of each show to broadcast stations Digital Content Producer - Watch programs to select strong 1-3 minute clips that are appropriate for the respective digital platform - Oversee and manage creation of heads/tails packages with funders/ opens for each clip - Deliver YouTube links, titles and clip descriptions, along with photo elements to the respective organization Office Management / Administrative - Order office supplies - Sort & Distribute Mail - Manage the PHTV email account - Manage the PHTV social media accounts - Answer the channel’s main line and direct calls accordingly - Other duties as assigned.

Support the planning & execution of multiple events simultaneously Equipment/Inventory management Preparation and shipment of packages Setting up media on field and in classrooms for NFL coaches for student Relationship management with key contractors, event operators, and facility managers Manage multiple projects and/or tasks in various stages of a project lifecycle Light travel to meet with contractors, partners and oversee execution of events
