Booked travel, created purchase orders, help coordinate office move to new building, purchase supplies for the office and kitchen, greeted guests, answered phone calls, and emailed announcements.

With this position, I have facilitated with specials, assisted in studio during the live show, researched celebrity guests, suggested questions and segments to producers, managed ticket requests, greeted guests, prepared dressing and green rooms, and completed general office duties, including logging viewer feedback, answering phones, and restocking supplies.

With this position, I researched stories, pitched segment ideas, fulfilled last-minute production runs, ran scripts to on-air talent and control room, logged footage, managed show music cue sheets, and greeted people on the TODAY Plaza, choosing one fan and preparing them for a live segment.

As a part of the development and production teams, I helped develop, produce, and write scripts for original videos for on air (The Daily Share Show) and digital mediums. I also analyzed and critiqued pitches, suggested talent and created research packets, edited, provided voice-overs, and fact-checked videos. I also set up and broke down camera, audio, and lighting equipment, while creating props and coordinating purchases for additional materials.
