Drove a 15 passenger van. Responsible for collecting gas receipts and coordinating with other drivers.

Drove large cargo van to equipment rental site. Loaded large camera equipment into van. Unloaded equipment at company office. Load the equipment back onto the van two days later with passenger and dropped off both at LAX.

Coordinated with other production assistants to complete the daily responsibilities. Ordered and Delivered meals to the cast and crew. Drove rental cars and vans to home improvement stores, hotels, gas stations, and restaurants for production runs. Responsible for using production credit card and collecting itemized receipts. Stocked small crafty areas around the production area. Maintained cleanliness and safety on-set with hourly cleaning trips of all department areas including bathrooms.

Load in and out at the start and end of the day. Set up light stands and operate lights. Ran errands. Worked with other PAs. Ran smoke machine. Shuttled talent to and from location.
