Coordinated various production logistics: securing production crew and equipment, issuing production insurance certs, coordinating extras casting, location coordination, production communication to crew, daily call sheets, managing all administration paperwork, ordering and managing film inventory, and all activities to wrap out production.

Responsibilities included handling all research, obtaining all archival footage, securing all clearances and rights on b-roll, booking subject interviews, coordinating production and acting as liaison between talent, producers and post production, managing all b-roll media

Coordinated oversees production, coordinated post production (including SFX production), hired SFX crew, casting, acting as liaison between director, writer, talent, producers and post production, managing script revisions, manage festival schedule deadlines and assisted with editing, including logging and organizing all footage.

Assisted with pre and post production including casting, researching locations and crew, securing picture vehicles, assisting both Line Producer and Director, coordinating ADR sessions, and duplication.

Worked with various vendors to get their products placed in production. Also worked with various brands securing copyright clearance for the show.
