Support the First Assistant Director in running the set, smoothly and efficiently. Motivating the crew and cast to work as fast and safely as possible.

In cooperation with the 1st AD, readjusting call sheets, daily & weekly schedules, and one-liners and keeping the entire cast and crew up to date of any changes. Along with coordinating talent pickups and supervising that they go through the works efficiently and are comfortable when not working. Point person to email or print out signage, contracts, deliverables, documents, scripts and productions reports. First on set and last one out, making sure production assistants are going above and beyond their duties, and all departments are up to speed with daily changes.

Schedule and execute the shooting schedule for each episode. Making sure work flow is efficient, on pace to make the day, keeping cast and crew safe and informed, and keeping a positive work environment for all personnel involved. Shooting live concert footage over 3 years at many concerts; 311 Caribbean Cruise 4 and 5, 311 Day New Orleans 2016.

Funding the production myself, developed the concept with the band, producing the shoot, and editing the concert film. Finding distribution for the film was found through their Pledgemusic Campaign and in discussions right now about streaming it online.

Responsible for getting over 200 background audience members through the works. Excite the crowd and create an enjoyable taping experience, as well as passing director and 1st AD notes. The piece won a Telly Award for our work.
