Assisted the Director of Global Partner Marketing as well as supported the entire Global Partner Marketing team. Scheduled internationally and booked travel domestically and internationally for 4 busy Directors.

Assisted casting department and development department in all research, pitch creation, Skype casting calls and editing.

Answer phones and greet guests. Conduct development and casting research when needed.

Assist the development team in researching and executing new content to send to networks. Tasks include: writing treatments, using photoshop to enhance treatments, researching new and already acquired talent, conducting network research for internal use, transcribing, pulling online footage, pulling selects from interviews, brainstorming titles, and brainstorming new show ideas.

Conducted research that was integral to the shows being developed, learned how to format shows, and helped with casting specific talent as needed while working closely with the development team.

Budget making/ updating, running errands, conducting calls, and general office assistance when needed.
