As the Managing Producer for COTU Media, I juggled competing priorities supervising in-house staff, external employees, and remote freelancers. I cultivated and maintained client relations with brands such as Honda/Acura, Mazda, Toyota/Lexus, POSSIBLE, Volkswagen, HK Strategies, KUKA, Omron, Swisslog, and Cox Automotive. Ensure accurate cost estimates, I oversaw project estimate drafting, leveraging knowledge of the overall competitive landscape, industry players, and company deals. Managing project submissions and executions, I maintained branding guidelines, creating on-brand productions aligned with company standards. Assisting the Business Development team, I communicated with prospective clients, resolved customer issues, and processed sales orders. Sourcing and securing new hires, I conducted interviews and guiding onboarding processes for new hires. Along with my day-to-day responsibilities, some of my key contributions to COTU Media as the Managing Producer included: ✯ Leveraging heavy video components while executing PR and other corporate communication strategies. ✯ Streamlined workflows, creating and implementing best practices, integrating company-wide production standards, as well as security policies and practices for code red and other secret or confidential projects.

While assisting COTU Media as a Producer, I led creative teams in meeting project guidelines and deadlines, establishing and maintaining quick turn-around times. Through project evaluations, I distributed resources and coordinated appropriate staff based on individual talents and workloads. Collaborating and communicating with clients, I advised on project scopes, production milestones, delivery specifications, project goals, and resources. I drafted project budgets and control costs, ensuring budgets. Bridging communications between clients and stakeholders, I supported projects and maintained client visions.

As Production Manager for COTU Media, I completed department administrative projects, oversaw budget administration, and managed a production schedule and crew. Determining pay rates, licensing, and duties, I negotiated and drafted vendor and freelance contracts. With acute attention to detail, I obtained necessary permits and permissions regarding location accommodations and bookings. Ensuring a safe work environment, I enforced security rules and policies, health and safety rules, and mandatory company policies during daily operations.
