-Manage multiple photo shoot schedules, support staff and photo teams throughout photo shoots. -Manage the primary job functions of eCommerce Photo Studio production team, junior stylists, stylist assistants and freelance talent. -Act as point of contact for teams engaged in photography shoots. -Scout and book models, hair and make-up, stylist, photographers, and art directors. -Coordinate production time-lines with art directors and print coordinator. -Communicate effectively and efficiently with all company associates and business contacts. -Collaborate across all channels to maximize use of photography assets as well as art directors to support creative teams. -Collaborate with the photo studio manager on general photo studio operations. -Partners closely with creative leadership and collaborates on strategy and visual direction. -Assist in all elements of on-figure and product shoots including model selection, sets, and presentation.

-Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design. -Support the Brand Stylist in the execution of the seasonal styling direction across all channels -Communicate with and brief freelance stylists to ensure clarity on styling direction and expectation -Collaborate with photo producers and art directors prior to and on-set to ensure all product needs are communicated and prioritized -Ensure styling reflects current business and fashion trends -Be aware of fashion trends and how to interpret these trends for appropriate brand
