Created a meaningful and memorable experience for Platinum guests at Lollapalooza, an event with 400,000 attendees. Worked with over seventy crew members to ensure tasks were completed under strict deadlines. Managed Platinum Areas for guests and provided any requested information.

Worked directly with Red Bull team to create an intimate backstage experience for VIP members and talent during an event with 3,000 in attendance for Red Bull Music Culture Clash. Led production team in decor department and responsible for providing ambient backstage areas for all talent, production teams, and media teams. Hired and managed a crew of fifteen members throughout production. Worked closely with vendors on-site to create a unique experience. Worked with a team to make custom-designed keepsakes for VIPs and industry tastemakers.

Worked on a month-long live project for Porsche’s 70-year Rennsport Reunion in California. Managed crews and offered strategic problem-solving throughout the four-day event with 120,000 in attendance. Acted as liaison between crews, clients, and vendors to meet daily logistics within tight time constraints. Hired key vendors and managed them throughout production. Ensured all needs of the vendors were met, including food, cleaning, furniture, etc.

Helped curate a mixed-media beer festival with 2,000 in attendance. Scouted locations, hired all vendors, sourced gear, and oversaw project from start to finish. Worked alongside lead producer to fulfill all necessary deadlines and curation. Booked both national and local musicians to perform in an industrial warehouse space. Hired and collaborated with local gallery/venue/workspace Mammal Gallery to curate an artist market and gallery at the event. Worked directly with Brooklyn Brewery to hire PR, local artists, advertising companies, and vendors. Selected top local restaurants and breweries to provide specialized food and beer menus tailored to the event.

Worked directly with the Director of the festival and C3 Presents (Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Voodoo Music + Arts, etc.). Hired and managed multiple departments with over 35 crew members over the course of the festivals. Staged over forty areas including all dressing rooms, VIP areas, artist lounges, viewing decks, and bars. Decor team liaison for the Festival Director, Hospitality, Artist Relations, Cleaning Vendors, and VIP Operations to ensure tasks were completed for festival attendees and 200+ artists (Jack White, David Byrne, Queens of the Stone Age, Ludacris, and more). Fulfilled hospitality riders to ensure Tour Management and artists were equipped with all needed decor and furniture requests. Oversaw a $70k operating budget and came in below estimated costs upon completion for a festival of 20k attendance.

Regional liaison for Brooklyn Brewery throughout Atlanta. Established relationships with local businesses to plan and execute unique events in the community. Marketed events through targeted networking skills and utilized personal connections. Cultivated strong relationships with several local accounts and implemented customized brand placement. Educated the community on products and core values of Brooklyn Brewery.

Handled all pre-production needs including hiring crew, sourcing gear, and prepping production paperwork for clients and crew members. Prepared call sheets and production books. Tracked schedules, managed budgets, and handled travel logistics. Managed clients from start to finish. Managed all accounting tasks (Quickbooks, payroll, budgets, and invoicing). Directed all crew and departments on-set to ensure all tasks and shot lists were completed on time.

Curated an event that launched new business relationships between Campari, Brooklyn Brewery, Victory Brands, Constant Artists Talent Management, and Eat Me Speak Me (James Beard nominated chef) to create an experience beneficial to both the brands and their consumer bases. Produced an event at a niche venue with over 350 attendees. Implemented marketing strategies, customized print designs, and managed social media campaigns through various PR agencies. Worked with Washed Out to curate DJ event for live event.

Assisted lead producers to facilitate workflow on-set with crew and vendors. Directed multiple furniture delivery vendors to ensure all design elements were properly staged. Fulfilled hospitality riders and staged green room for major national talent. Lead team of production assistants to have daily logistics met.

Worked with crew throughout design process to create a localized environment for one of Red Bull’s corporate headquarters. Oversaw $50k budget and allocated costs towards materials, crew, and design implementation. Worked directly with Red Bull ambassadors to deliver their vision to completion while wrapping under budget.

Establish workflow on productions from inception to completion. Hire and manage crew throughout production. Organize pre-production paperwork, including script breakdowns, crew deal point memos, non-disclosure agreements, call sheets, drafting shooting schedules, talent release forms, and location contracts. Work with the Lead Producer and Director to capture all footage time-efficiently and keep production on schedule. Source and approve locations, studio hires, and production schedules. Oversee budgets. Assist the Director during production with on-set details, paperwork, script supervision, and directing background action.

Managed 20+ film crew throughout production for a 25k attended music festival. Responsible for creating shooting schedule and directed 7+ camera units to capture content over 5 stages. Worked alongside festival director to handle logistics and planning and to get all content desired. Acted as Lead Sponsor Liaison and strategized negotiations with Tito’s Vodka, Budweiser, Dos XX, MailChimp, Urban Outfitters, and more. Curated sold-out comedy panels with nationally-known comedians. Launched and curated the film components for the festival with national filmmakers. Arranged live Q&As. Provided all hospitality and travel needs for over fifty artists. Hired and managed large crews of seasonal workers and volunteers. Maintained a detailed itinerary for the Director, talent, crew, venues, and equipment vendors throughout 25 venues. 5,000 attendees.
