Developed the organization’s brand by implementing a production workflow to reflect the new mission, vision and values across marketing, production and administrative departments. Directed various international video production teams in cross-cultural environments and contexts to develop relevant, indigenous content across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Myanmar and the Philippines.
