Helped run a department of about (give or take) 50 Editors, 5 Assistant Editors, 30 Story Producers, 3 Online Editors, several Line Producers and Post Supervisors. Some of my day-to-day included actively participating in show planning relating to post from the pre-production stage all the way to delivery, creating workflows for our in house Telestream Vantage, performing as the main liaison to our outside vendors, managing our Avid ISIS and implementing new procedures (often times having to develop them from the ground up). I am part of HPA (Hollywood Post Alliance), WiP (Women in Post), ACA (Avid Customer Association) and in 2015 I became ACSR certified (Avid Certified Support Representative).
