-Book guests and stories for shows occurring on a weekly basis - Pre- Interview guests about their story - Run legal background checks -Obtain probation notes or doctors notes as needed -Orchestrate tape pieces ; interviews on camera with guests -Brief guests on script so they are prepared for the show -Write tape pieces based upon pre interviews -Write field schedule -Write lie detector questions - Schedule DNA tests in various states

- Booking sheets on all potential guests - Coordinate travel and map out distances for car pick ups - Draft all legal releases for guests appearing on the show - getting guests to hair, makeup, wardrobe -Getting guests to the dentist if needed along with providing guests with anything they needed for children or themselves - Complete expense reports on a weekly basis -Assist associate producer and senior producer in daily work activities

- Transport talents stylist and assistant to and from studio - Gets guests to hair and makeup -Gather props needed for pilot -Assist in the dry run of the pilot

Taking phone calls from potential guests to eventually be handed to producers. Assist production assistants on Pre production days as well as show days. Run daily work errands.
