Responsible for preparing, supplying, and breaking down production spaces, client spaces, and talent rooms; Facilitated audience seating, assisted crafts service, and took inventory on equipment rental; Assisted in solving various problems and accomplishing sundry tasks for production.

Managed audio/video data from compact flash and SD cards onto HDD for entirety of shoot, and converted files. Also went on on runs for production, and performed lockups.

Facilitated flow of contestants, set up crafts service, ran cards for interview shoots, set up and broke down production spaces for both large-scale open call and small-scale callbacks.

As music supervisor, I directed the production of original musical contributions from 6 different artists and coordinated their placement in the film with the Director. Paper City is a feature documentary about the American Dream, the War on Drugs, and the school-to-prison pipeline; currently in festival circuit, educational development, nearing release.

Took part in hands-on intensive production training led by executive director Jody Brockway and instructors Chuck Canzoneri and Leigh Paonessa from Quixote in LA. Areas covered include: lockups, set etiquette, proper walkie use, call sheets, sides, background breakdown, production terminology, office PA duties, script revisions, and more.

Feature-length documentary and educational program about the American Dream and the school-to-prison pipeline. Toured film festivals nationwide, successfully ran Kickstarter funding campaign, and now in development for educational use nationwide upon release Fall 2015. Responsible for creative decisions, production schedule, budgets, funding, hires, film festival submissions, social media, and public outreach.

Shot raw footage on location at three college-sponsored events--two speaking engagements and one dance performance--using Panasonic AVCCAM HD, Sony NEX-VG10, and Sennheiser shotgun microphones.

As composer, I conceptualized, performed, and produced the original score for Paper City. Selections from the score were placed in the soundtrack accordingly. Practicum in online promotional video production with professor Daniel Schloss. Learned basic lighting, sound mixing, cinematography, and editing using Panasonic AVCCAM and Sony NEX-VG10 HD cameras, tripods, softbox and Lowel Pro-lights, wireless lavaliers and shotgun mics, and Final Cut Pro. Directed, shot, and edited 3 short interviews and 1 promo spot.

Produced and directed live music showcase of 20+ hip hop lyricists, producers, musicians, and DJs at Oberlin College on March 10, 2011. As Producer and Director, responsible for acquiring venue, funding, videography, sound and lighting; creating and distributing promotional materials; managing artists and collaborations, planning setlist, and running rehearsal schedule. 300+ in attendance.
