Manage technical aspects of multiple game show formats/ Confer with audio and stage directors to ensure streamlined audience experience / Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot technical problems as they arise / Operate multiple source feeds for live taping of show

Organize and maintained casting outreach files and applications / Coordinate casting sessions and conference calls / Aid in casting research, outreach, and review / Assist editing of casting auditions and one sheets for network reel

Ensure cast is organized and prepared for any and all production needs during 40 hours of filming per week / Handle and facilitate cast individual needs such as banking, business, and family correspondence throughout entire production / Maintain a personal and trusted relationship with all cast members in order to help execute daily schedule / Live Finale : Guide and facilitate cast members between wardrobe, audio, and stage management crews

Direct cast of 20+ as well as 100+ test subjects / Secure shipping and receiving of cast equipment / Organize scheduling of cast members and test subjects around production needs

Serve on set as liaison between the production and the production coordinators / Distribute and acquire all required documents including Materials and Appearance releases / Assemble daily Production Reports
