Research, craftee, direct talent, manage talent release forms

I create worker's schedules and show programming spreadsheets. I produce live televised weddings, boxing matches, hair/ makeup shows, and talk shows. I manage budgets, receipts, and talent release forms. I delegate work to crew, editors, and talent. I book talent and provide light training to crew.

As production coordinator I was in charge of ordering for craftee, did vendor research, location scouting, managed talent release forms, worked directly under the producer. Escorted talent to and from location. I managed crew schedules and made budget decisions. I also obtained filming permits and booked talent.

I picked out props for set design, field scouting, vendor scouting, managed talent release forms, escorted talent to and from location, reception, craftee runs, and worked under producer, managed workers schedules, helped manage and delegate work to editors, director of photography, and production assistants. I also helped obtain filming permits.

I was responsible for writing and creating three segments per show, each 45 minutes in length, three times a week. That also includes booking and casting talent and directing production staff on how to shoot, edit, and work camera for the shows. I also took runway interviews, managed talent release forms.

I worked under the director, writer and producer. Made craftee runs, helped get props for the shoot, assisted talent, talent release forms, and managed receipts. Helped cast talent as well and directed talent. Obtained filming permits.

I worked simultaneously as a media manager and production coordinator. I would flash media images and video for 6 live TV shows a day. I would also write news segments for celebrities and also call for commercial breaks, and manage communication between the hosts, control room, editing room, and studio crew.

I would manage receipts from runs, escort talent to and from airport, talent runs, lunch and snack runs, research for catering, unpacking and repacking of equipment, unloading and reloading of equipment, effectively communicate with vice president and production manager/coordinator.
