For pre-production I was basically the NYC fixer for the LA company. Knowing the best spots for gear, vehicles, hotel locations, etc. During the shoot usual schedule, call sheets, and even got hands on with grip duties due to the smaller sized development crew.

4-part doc series w/ interviews & large scale reenactments. Created & tracked budget.

Traveled with crew and equipment. Ran set on location.

Set up company accounting systems including payroll. Created budgets and tracked spending. Hired crew and ran logistics of shoots.

2 mini documentaries on 2 of the winners (ANDE & OffGridBox) for the award show. In the field & post.

5 day shoot for 5 episode live to tape comedy competition show. Union Crew. Managed payroll, over 25K in petty cash, purchases and schedule for both the main show and ENG crews, etc. Contact for talent for schedule.

On an island for 6 weeks managing a team of 65 - 85 people. 55 of them brought onto the island.

Getting 7 crew and 24 bags through airports and to locations for each shoot. Contact for locations, scheduled days, created call sheets, PC, etc

Art heavy show. Created lists for each episode's props. Sourced props. Created budget tracker and tracked spending, handled all PC & CC for Art Dept team.

POs, timecards, start paperwork, & assisted w/ tracker. Scheduled interviews, locations, and crews. Archival research.

Post Production: Directed & created script for edit of over 25 celebrity interviews, E! host, & clips. Communicated with EP & Networks. Handled tech specs, color correct and layoff to air on FX, E!, NatGeo, MTVu, etc. Budgeted, scheduled, and hired editors. Production: hired & ran PAs & crew, contact for talent, & arranged load in/out.

Prep, field, and wrap for a month shoot in Indiana & Illinois. Office set up in a mini van. Scheduled the logistically tight and changing shoot. Contact for talent, locations, crew. Filled role as AD to keep on schedule. Filled role as AP to keep wardrobe continuity and script changes up to date.

Pre Prod: Wrote scripts. Found and coordinated with local contacts, characters, crafts people for shoots. Production: Field Produced 2 camera shoots in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana etc. Kept field notes. Post: Outlined story, wrote scripts (including VO), assembled scenes in AVID and worked with Editors and Sup Producer.

Worked with EP and editors in post. Pulled selects on Avid.

On site in Nebraska for the 3 hour live car auction show. 500 cars, 10,000 people, 70 crew. In addition to coordinating, in the TV truck I worked w/ Director & EP for edit notes & worked with editor on 3 acts during the 3 hour delay to air.

Coordinated for both New York and Los Angeles shoots. Over 25 film permits in multiple LA city limits. Handled call sheets, accounting paperwork, gear rental, PAs etc.

For Habitat for Humanity Northern Ireland. Shot in Romania. Filmed & Assisted with story for Promo & Documentary film on 250 people building 10 houses in 1 week.
