Arrange breakfast and lunch for crew, run miscellaneous errands for director and producers, drive cargo van to pick up camera and g&e equipment and return after wrap, log all receipts and invoices from vendors.

Act as a runner distributing messages and/or items within film crew and cast. Perform administrative duties and undertake errands as assigned. Conduct crowd control and escort actors around filming area and coordinate extras. Respond to requests from anyone involved in the production.

Schedule meetings and events to ensure that director has an accurate calendar and is aware of meetings that she needs to attend. Roll calls and take notes at meetings as requested. Organize travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car services. Assist with personal matters and running errands as needed.

Implement strategic processes to promote efficiency and organization. Provide general administrative support through pre- production and production. Coordinate with locations manager and department heads to ensure safety and provide support.

Implement strategic processes to promote efficiency and organization of marketing campaign. Data collection for optimal engagement from targeted audiences across all social media platforms. Launch marketing campaigns to garner support amongst peers and colleagues to drive the most significant traffic to social media platforms.

Collaborate with team for fundraising, planning, casting to successfully get through pre-production and production.

Collaborate with producing team and complete daily tasks to successfully wrap production.

Collect film deliverables from producers for major distribution companies Coordinate presence at conferences, premieres and other relevant events Provide full administrative support including heavy phones, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, and making travel arrangements.
