I was responsible for setting up and breaking down my camera that I brought, a VariCam LT. Made sure camera was set properly for best post workflow. Coordinated with the Director Of Photography to set up camera in the best possible angles to create beautiful images and depth.

I was responsible on picking up equipment at the rental house and driving over to location 5+ hours away. Was in talks with the DoP on setting up fixtures and making sure we had the quality of light he was looking for. Made sure cables were properly coiled and tucked for safety of the set. I broke down equipment at wrap - made sure all pieces were back to where they belonged - and drove the equipment back to the rental house.

3 camera shoot (canon c300 mark ii and sony f55). Handled all battery swaps, building battery station, transporting/switching cards, troubleshooting camera problems.

Worked along side the Key Grip and Gaffer to handle equipment to set ups scenes as safe and efficient as possible. Made sure equipment was staged safely away from set and organized when set up and broken down.

Responsible on setting up and breaking down my camera. Be in communication with the DoP prior to shoot for camera tests and technical specification talks. Coordinated with the DoP to set up composition to figure out best angles for visual aesthetic and depth.

As the first assistant camera I was responsible making sure camera was built and always safe and secured. With an external monitor and wireless follow focus; I was able to efficiently grab focus marks and measure out my focus distance for accurate precision.

1st of a Fs7 - help set up dolly and set up wireless follow focus (DJI).

This was my first project as Director Of Photography - I was in constant communication with the director figuring out the pre-production and required work.
