I assisted with the preparation of the Dennis Farina episodes for distribution to Amazon Prime. Specifically, I logged all of the time codes in the scripts and transcribed any missing or updated narrative. My other tasks included converting music stems to .wav format and digitizing releases and SAG documents.

During prep, I was responsible for updating the team calendar, prep schedule, and crew list. I booked flights and housing for our LA crew members and created corresponding travel memos. I maintained an expenditure log of all of our rental cars, hotels, and flights. Throughout the project, I was responsible for creating purchase orders for the production office and maintaining a PO log. During wrap, I assisted the accounting department with filing, scanning/copying, and reconciling credit card purchases.

I was hired as an office production assistant, but due to the small budget, I ended up taking on more of a production coordinator role. I hired other set PAs, built the pre-production book, and made call sheets for the tech scout and shoot days.

I helped the producer with booking and scheduling talent. I also did some prop buying. On shoot days, I worked as a set production assistant.
