Working with the creative team, we created original promos for the channel to market the new series. Some of my duties revolved around communicating with other MTV headquarters as well as production houses and managing content deliveries to third parties as well as deliveries for air.

Deliver promos and episodics for on air broadcast and edit off air poster images for online advertisements and banners.

Assist Producer and production team on set with daily tasks such as maintaining the set organized and providing the team with any specific needs. Also provide music cue sheets for the shows promos and tune in spots and deliver content to MTV's programmers.

Gather all of the new seasons content and organize into a syndication package as well as create music cue sheets for the season's episodics.

Begin production days by picking up equipment and setting up base. On set I would take stills for the shows website and continue my duties as a PA.

As part of the team we made sure the event ran accordingly, guiding the runners and the zombies to the right place. In between I would assist in wardrobe by making sure all the zombies had the correct clothing.

Assist supervising producers in office and on field by completing and organizing paperwork and completing errands efficiently.

Help producers with the show by looking up vendors for field days, audio/music for the show, paperwork etc.
